Enter the new year.
I suppose some sort of update is in order. I've been laid up for the
last month or so. I had surgery on my left arm and haven't been able to
lift or hold anything. It really sucked having a month off from work,
and not being able to do anything on, well, anything. I pretty
much sat there, browsed the web, and ate.
The arm is much better now. Still no feeling, but it's
operational. So, back out to the workshop I went. I tested out my
new shop heater. 15 minutes of preheating got the shop up to the mid
50s. By the time an hour had passed it was damn near toasty.
I did some organizing and cleaning. I even got about 30 minutes of
welding practice in before my arm told me to knock it off.
